Hello, this post is part of a series i'm doing to help NG artists outstand a bit. I'm not scheduling these, so the next entry could be next week or next month, have at you.

Below are 5 artists selected by me, as some of the best artists in this platform, and some of their work so you can criticize them. These 5 are elected for this particular post, not meaning they are the bestest out there (maybe they are tho).

1 - MondoBilby: Art Lover

Most people call her Slinky

This girl is @MondoBilby, and in a few months her account will be one year old. As an artist that appreciates the dynamic looks in character designs, the art of this girl is an orgasm to my sight (eyegasm?). The smoothness and roundness of these designs, as well as their movement and lines of action is so damn satisfactory that anybody could die from an ecstasy overdose at any second (wut?)

If i'm honest, when I was picking the artwork references for this girl's explanation, I couldn't decide which to pick, and I had to make an elimination process from almost 15 different selections. That might hint you about the quality of the art of this girl (tho, if you're not in roundness or colorful art, you might want to look somewhere else). They are also very present in the community, you might find 'em sometimes in the forums, or in collaborations.

2 - CinnaBunn: Art Lover

This is what happens when Smoothness meets with Sharpness

@Cinnabunn is an artist whose art can be described as "messy, but oddly relaxing" (all that can be relaxing in a messy art style). Her artstyle gives focus to color variety and character posing, which is easily recognizable and gives very awesome moods, as well as some cool looking scenes.

The lack of roundness and use of more sharpenned edges, as well as the aggressive mixture of colors makes the art look very lively and dynamic, but somewhat relaxing to the eye (is a weird mixture I can't really dissect at all). There are also lots of details to look at, as well as references to different cultures like pop, anime, internet, etc.

(She also does commissions apparently, tho it would be best to ask her first and not take my words by granted. Who knows? you might get a dreamed piece of art at a reasonable price)

3 - Weirdcore: Art Lover

Weird to the core. Lovable to the max

@weirdcore is one of these persons that live up to their name. In their gallery you can find a lot of pictures that reference various different styles like y2k, webcore, and mixtures of things like robotic designs, space and many other cool looking things.

Some of their art have that comic looking design that also make the works look so rad and epic, as well as some cool detail in certain places for those fond into the small details of things.

(They do commissions too. Be sure to check the details with them in case you are interested in their work).

4 - LazyKitten21: Musician

A very tasteful sound. Who says music can't be eaten

I present you @LazyKitten21, a guy with a very satisfying music style. These sounds remind me to lofi, but the genres oscillate between Drum & Bass and Hip Hop, as well as hints of Videogame Music sometimes. I even used two of his tracks in my game "BOXANNE!", since they were so fitting to the style.

What impresses me more about him is that his profile only has 14 followers even tho it's almost 2.5 years old. Granted, they don't involve in the community that much, which would help to get recognition. Still, if you like soothing music in Hip Hop or Drum & Bass styles, I highly recommend you to listen to their work. They definitely deserve more recognition.

5 - KingCrowned: Blank slate

With a messy artstyle and a mix of brushes and colors that make the art look like a watercolor painting, @KingCrowned features a portfolio of very cool artwork to look at. You can even find various pieces in his work which show consistency in the style, yet improvement in many other things.

He's also very collaborative with the community, so you might find him in other places in the site as well. His other strong points are animations, as you can find very funny animated shorts in his Movie's Tab, like the "Using the ___" series. Be sure to check these and support his work.

...Make a figure that represents yourself with Lego :D

In my Youtube account, I made a playlist called "Mi musica chingona de la vida" ("The most fucking best music of life" for people that don't speak spanish). I decided i'm gonna do the same here in NG as well, mainly because the playlist in youtube has many copyrighted songs and very low representation of the site (aside from Madness tracks and some isolated recomendations).

Basically, this post is for people to recommend me music that I should add to such magnifique playlist. I'm already gonna begin adding some of my favs rn :)

This year has started great so far. I met one of my teachers and he's very strict, but also funny, I like that guy. He's giving me the asignature that worried me the most, but it seems it isn't gonna be that bad after all. I don't know yet for the other asignatures, but I know what I'm gonna see in them so I know I'm gonna like them, I just expect the teachers not to be boring and teach good.

Hey, my account has appeared to be pretty desolated in the last few days. Even I was pretty unactive in the forums and other places, but there was a good reason for it: I developed a game! Here's the link if you haven't seen it yet:

It's been a total experience to develop this, and I would like some feedback on it :)

Also, go give love to the musicians that allowed me to use their music. If it wasn't for them, my project could've probably gotten delayed, and that would've been painful to me (specially considering tomorrow i'm back to school).

Aside from that, I have various things planned. I started writing the "Recommended artists #3" post, and I have some art and music scheduled. It's gonna be wild times fellows ;)

When I was at like 29 followers, I realized my fans count was two digits above my total news posts (Fans: 29, News: 27). Since then, i've been trying for some reason to have more posts than followers, or at least the same amount (I might post randomly sometimes, but I never spam).

I still haven't accomplished that objective. For whatever reason, whenever I post something and look at the count, I have one more fan than the last time at least. Apparently my random shenanigans aren't as good as whatever is dragging people to my account.

Yeah, granted, I know because my fan total is growing I should be celebrating my success (and I do), but i'm a guy with very randomized objectives for life, and I end up having these funny moments were I criticize common sense or the lack of it for whatever.

Anyway, welcome to the new fans. Whatever you liked from my actions, I hope you're still enjoying them. There's more to come soon!
