I too have felt mashed, which is why I am responding to this news post several months late (yes, I have kept this tab open for THAT long). You are probably already feeling better now, so I am not going to wish you any hope of feeling better, but if for some reason you are not, I sincerely hope you overcome what is currently plaguing your mind. I just now replayed BOXANNE to witness the game in its bug free glory, and while I did have frame drops that messed me up most of the time (which might be because I have neglected to update my Mac), I completed the game really quickly with a minimum of 42 deaths, my best score compared to the other first two times I have played it. The game is still charming, fun, and difficult just as I remembered from months ago, so I am not going to go on a tangent about it again as I have reviewed it before (Can you remember it? Probably not).
I am slowly overcoming my own mashed-ness as well, finally taking action and getting stuff done I have been meaning to do, which mostly consists of responding to old posts such as these (I have been at it for a week now). My goals are nearly complete, and while I may not be back up to full strength by the time I am done, I at least can feel some relief that I have finished writing these for people, even though there is a slim chance that no one is even going to read these. Until we cross paths once more, avoid the feeling of mashed-ness... unless they come from potatoes, that is the only exception.
Thanks a lot Ceejay. Sure, i'm not feeling "mashed" anymore, but motivation and optimism are always welcome. I'm surprised you kept this post open for that long, i'm not used to the idea of thinking ppl actually come and check my profile or something. Btw, congrats on finishing BOXANNE! with only 42 deaths, I have friends who have took more than a hundred deaths to achieve it.
Also, I hope you manage to finish your goals, it sure feels satisfying when something you've been working on for long is finally finished, and don't worry thinking no one is reading your posts: maybe not everybody feels in the responsibility of answering, and maybe some other ppl in the future find them while browsing randomly and find them helpful (exagerated, I know, but I always like to think with optimism). In the meantime, good luck, have health, wealth, and of course, enjoy the mashed-ness of potatoes too!
