So, at this moment, "Who's that Pokemeat?" has been played 2,185 times, received 143 votes and gotten 36 favorites, as well as a 3.99/5 stars puntuation, which are already very satisfying statistics. However, something else has happened now:

Not only it got frontpaged (which is the first time something I make gets frontpaged), but it also got rewarded with Daily 2nd Place. Now, seeing it frontpaged was already fantastic, but I didn't brag about it since it probably got frontpaged because of the collab itself. The other thing, however, feels way more amazing, as not everyone gets that prize that easily. Even if was purely for the collab as well, feels good to know I was part of something people actually enjoyed a lot.

I hope future projects reach this level of recognizement, so expect more cool things in the future (of course, that will take more work, and thus, time, so patience is required).

I've been working in a game for a very long time, and I feel very tired. Not only that, but I also feel tired because of school (for nothing in particular, I just hate school). Understand "long time" as aprox. 2 or 3 weeks, there were probably more, but these are the ones related to productive time. This was due to bug fixes and uploads and some other things related to that work. At least you'll see it published in a few hours.

Speaking of bug fixes, I found out the reason why BOXANNE! ran at wrong speed for some people (is actually a very simple reason, and I feel kinda stupid for not knowing about that :p). I'm gonna update the game in the upcoming days for the future generations to enjoy. That's mostly it, if my next news post isn't a shitpost, a vent like this or the celebration for reaching 100 followers, will most likely be the Recommended Artists #4. See you around :3

It was fascinating. Bob Marley music was already hearth touching to me in some ways, but it's different when you know the story behind the songs... And even more when you actually feel these stories.

That movie made me think. I might have forgotten very long ago about the "meaning" in music. Even tho I can make music, I don't consider myself as a musician. Don't get me wrong, music has been a big part in my life; since I've had memory, music's always been there, directing my steps. Maybe in future weeks, I will think very deeply about my current direction, to find what this "meaning" for life really means to me

I'm 8 followers away of reaching 100 followers. That appears a minimal effort, but getting here hasn't been really easy. I've been through 4 months of consistent interaction with the community, without failing a day, and even tho it took a really long time, the effort really has paid of. You can't imagine how cathartic is to know that people find my routine interesting enough to follow me, whether they're here for my posts, my art, my music, my mood, or anything else.

I always use these kind of posts to thank all the people that follow me (those you see if you go to my fans tab). I do so to remind me constantly that whatever I do is never that significant if no one's there to appreciate my hard work, so i'm greatly grateful to every single one of you guys and guyettes (wut?).

But different to other times, I also want to thank those people that don't follow me, yet have made a difference in my life, directly or indirectly. I won't post any names right now (mainly because i'm writing this at 11 pm and I wanna go to sleep), but when I reach 100 I will probably make another post, more detailed than this one. But I want you to know for now, that for long I had abilities, resources and perspectives to make very cool works, but I was missing something important: motivation. Being part of a community like this has given me that, and more, and that's why I'll be forever grateful to everyone: they, them, you, specially you, thank you :))

(pd. you thought I was corny enough with this? wait 'til I get to 100 followers. In the meantime, have fun around, Ems out)

If you got it, you have my respect, for both a gamer and a winner in life

So I'm sharing you a curiosity. Did you know that if you look upwards and put your hand in front of your mouth like you were holding a bottle of salt, you will actually taste the salt in your tongue?

To not leave my account so dry, i'm gonna share some wips and advances of what I've been working on these days.

A funny NES like game

This one shouldn't take a lot to program. I expect it to be finished in a month or so.

iu_1165616_10186085.png

Random stages that can be destroyed

Kinda like stages in Worms series. For now, I have some noise, if I manage to do a convincent algorithm, you might see something interesting in the upcoming months.

Kinbari is back to tying

What is that demented fairy up to now?

iu_1165617_10186085.png

A nonsensing comic of nonsense, but i'm sure you'll like it

No, seriously. Is the kind of nonsense you'd expect from Madness, Hyperboy and maybe some Nickelodeon series.

A 3D plane?

This particular project is gonna be delayed. The original idea I had kinda turned complicated, not only to program, but to actually make funny, so I will have to make an analysis of it before going on.

Earth Day Collab Visualizer

Or whatever idea I get in the end. As I stated in the thread of the collab, if I get a very nice idea, I will work that instead of a visualizer.

Recommended Artists #4

I'm already picking the 5 stars of the next RA entry. As I said, there's no schedule; expect the unexpected

That's it!

Everything I have so far. You might argue i'm not working eficiently because of having many things up (and you're right), but that's how I like to work. If I spend too much time in the same thing, I die eventually die of boredom, or something in that direction. Anyway, i'm not worried about time either: these things will come out when they have to.

-See ya latering pal, Emiliano

Love is really solid? Does love really need to be solid to have sustance? to mean something? to have value? those are questions i've made to myself for a long time, always wondering why I considered myself so smart about love, yet never felt loved. Now things are clearer: I am loved, and I love too, but how?

To many people, the love is the success in life, and the maximum everyone must dream for. Similarly, everyone think water is life. We are 70% water, and without it, life would never been possible, as the research for life in other planets, but every single one lacking water has shown to us. Maybe, if water is life, and love is life, then love is water? Maybe love isn't solid?

Water just moves around, molds to it's environment, and always finds a way to go on. When we see a single drop of water, in all it's individuality, it's totally insignificant, and means nothing to any of us, as we just move without even caring. However, when 1000 drops of water mesh together, they become something big, something almighty, that we can actually see, feel and presence. As if like a community, every drop becomes important for that mass of water to really make it mean something. A community, totally united, and focused on that union and force is, again, a form of love. So I ask once again, love is water?

But in one point, water always hits a dead end. A point where it can't keep moving on, because a barrier stops it's way. It's retained in one place, no matter what. However, the water keeps moving, while staying in place, it keeps shifting and moving around. Many forces of nature push water constantly, as if it was totally unretainable, but once the drops can't move anymore, and stay in place, the nature does it's work, and morphs them into gas, driving it to the clouds, which will later let the drops fall once again, totally clean, and ready to be part of a community of drops once again. The drops phisically disappear, so they can clean and reshape themselves, before trying once again. Cleaning oneself, and reshaping oneself, before stepping out once again, sounds like an act of love, so, love is water?

And yet, there's something water itself doesn't really do: it doesn't stop moving, ever. When is liquid, water flows around, without direction, without reason, without purpose, where is it going? why is it going? when gas, water flies up to the sky, just to be consumed by clouds, be filtered, and ultimately, returned to their liquid state, and keep going on, gas is just a phase of clean and reshape, but later, water keeps flowing as if nothing happened, why is it that way? why isn't another way? when solid, the water really stays in place, compressed, but slowly melting, so it turns in water once again. Solid water is ice, and ice is the only state of water that isn't really necessary in it's cycle: water can turn into gas from liquid, and viceversa, meanwhile ice can turn in gas, but gas will turn in liquid. The solid state of water in the form of ice, is the only state that has a decision to take: it can become gas or become liquid. Which of both?

Solidness appears to be a state were decisions have to be made. Liquidness appears to be a state were things more through pure flow with ease and smoothness. Gassiness appears to be a state were things just go away, so they can reshape themselves, clean themselves, and go back to where they belong. When water is liquid, it will inevitably turn into gas, as nature itself dictates it should do, but when water is solid, it can decide what to do: it can turn into liquid, and stay in the same place, while just trying to find a way to move forward, or it can become gas, clean itself, and find a new place where to move around. Maybe, just maybe, love is water?

Maybe love always finds a way to keep moving. Maybe it appears when it belongs to something bigger. Maybe it molds to it's environment. Maybe it just goes on, until it can't go anymore, and when it does, it vaporizes, so it can clean itself and begin totally new and renewed. Maybe it sometimes has to be solid, so it can decide what's the next step to take.

Maybe, water is life, maybe, love is life, maybe love is water, and maybe, just maybe... I am water

No real reason, I just love it. Being alive is an amazing sensation. Don't you love it too?
